Shipping Policy

Shipping Regions

We ship from Brampton, Ontario, Canada to the USA, Canada, and Mexico.\

Carriers & Delivery Times

We use Canada Post, Chit Chats, and FedEx (for select express shipments).
Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • USA: 4–10 business days

  • Mexico: 7–14 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on address and weight.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders:

  • Canada: over $120 CAD

  • USA: over $150 USD

We reserve the right to use the most economical shipping method. If shipping costs exceed 15% of the order value, we may contact you to discuss alternate options.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Some economy shipping options may have limited or no tracking.

Delivery Issues

If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

For tracked shipments, please report any lost or damaged packages within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assist in filing a claim or sending a replacement.
We are not responsible for lost shipments using untracked shipping methods.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Out of Stock Items

If a product or component is temporarily unavailable at the time of your order, we will notify you with one of the following options:

  • Partial Fulfillment: We may ship the available items and send the remaining items once restocked.

  • Refund: We may refund the unavailable items and ship the rest of your order.

  • Hold & Ship Later: If restocking is expected within a few days, you may choose to wait and receive a single shipment.

Items marked “Sold Out” are usually restocked within 3–7 business days, depending on production volume. For urgent orders, please contact us for current availability.
