Return Policy

Reporting Damage or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@papiglo.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any photos or videos that support your claim.

Returns – Unopened Products

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of purchase. To qualify:

  • Items must be in original, undamaged packaging

  • Must be unused

  • Must be returned within 30 days of purchase

Clearance items and final sale products are not eligible for return.

If eligible, you may receive:

  • A refund (minus applicable fees)

  • A store credit

  • An exchange of equal value

Return Costs & Fees:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund or credit.

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns of unopened products.

Returns – Opened or Used Products

Opened products are only returnable if defective.

To request a return for a defective item:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@papiglo.com

  2. Provide a detailed description, and include photos or video of the issue

  3. If the product is confirmed defective, we will offer:

    • A full refund

    • An exchange

    • Or a store credit

We may request the return of the defective product before issuing any refund or replacement.

Important Notes

  • All returns must be authorized by us before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection and approval.

  • This policy is subject to change without notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
