Reporting Damage or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@papiglo.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any photos or videos that support your claim.

Returns – Unopened Products
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of purchase. To qualify:

Items must be in original, undamaged packaging

Must be unused

Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
Clearance items and final sale products are not eligible for return.
If eligible, you may receive:

A refund (minus applicable fees)

A store credit
-
An exchange of equal value
Return Costs & Fees:

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund or credit.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns of unopened products.

Returns – Opened or Used Products
Opened products are only returnable if defective.
To request a return for a defective item:

Contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@papiglo.com

Provide a detailed description, and include photos or video of the issue

If the product is confirmed defective, we will offer:

A full refund

An exchange

Or a store credit

We may request the return of the defective product before issuing any refund or replacement.

All returns must be authorized by us before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection and approval.
