Who is PAPIGLO?
PAPIGLO is a Canadian 3D printing business based in Brampton, Ontario. We specialize in batch production, prototype design and printing, custom tool solutions for industrial and field applications. In addition to client work, we develop and manufacture our own line of practical tools — built for maintenance mechanics, electricians, HVAC techs, and other hands-on professionals.

Where are your products made?
Our products are designed and assembled in Canada using locally printed components. We source high-quality materials from both Canadian and international suppliers.

Product Questions

What fuses does the FuseMag Pro support?
It’s designed for 10×38mm (13/32" x 1-1/2") cylindrical fuses, including Class CC, gR, gL and gG types, typically up to 30A.

Can I test a fuse from a panel or machine using the FuseMag Pro?
Yes. The built-in tester allows you to test any compatible fuse when it's removed from a circuit.

What’s the difference between FuseMag and FuseMag Pro?
FuseMag is a compact 10-slot fuse holder. FuseMag Pro adds a simple LED-based fuse tester powered by a long-life CR1220 battery.

Will the tester work with automotive blade fuses?
No. Our products are designed for industrial fuses, not automotive types.

What battery does the tester use? Can I replace it?
It uses a Swiss-made CR1220 3V coin cell. Yes, it is replaceable and should last multiple years under normal use.

What does PilaMag hold?
PilaMag AAA stores up to 10 AAA batteries. An AA version (PilaMag AA) is in development.

Is the “Mag” part magnetic?
No — it stands for “magazine,” describing the spring-loaded storage system. There are no magnets.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Canada, the USA, and Mexico. The PilaMag is also shipped to Europe, Australia and Latin America.

Which carriers do you use?
We use Canada Post, Chit Chats, and FedEx, depending on location, shipping method, and PO box availability.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
No. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid street address when placing your order.

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed based on volume, not necessarily shipped daily. Most orders ship within 2–4 business days.

Do you offer local pickup in Brampton?
Not yet — but we may offer this in the future depending on demand.

Do you offer flat-rate shipping?
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.

Can I place a wholesale or bulk order?
Yes! We offer wholesale pricing on batch orders. Please contact us with your request.

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on unused products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us immediately with photos. We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund depending on the situation.

We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other secure checkout options available through our online store.
